Rewards Points
Our loyalty scheme rewards members with points on in-store purchases from our retail department. One point is awarded for every £1 spent.
Points can be redeemed against payments against your future purchases; each point has a redemption value of £0.01.
Purchases from the restaurant and barista are excluded from this benefit.
Free Drink Rewards
Reward members can enjoy a free drink after 10 drinks have been purchased.
Once 10 drinks have been purchased, your card will reset to zero and the 11th one will be free when you next order and scan your digital account card at the checkout.
A drink is any hot or cold drink, excluding alcohol, cordial and children’s drinks. Your free 11th drink is a standard sized hot or cold drink, excluding alcohol, cordial and children’s drinks.
This offer can be redeemed in our Restaurant. Our garden barista is excluded from this reward.
Birthday Treat!
Rewards members will be rewarded with a free treat (a slice of cake of your choice) issued on the date of your Birthday provided when you first registered for the app.
This offer voucher will be valid from when it is issued on the date of your Birthday for 30 days, as specified on the voucher itself.
The treat is available to members who have provided their date of birth and have shopped with us 3 times in the 6 months prior to their Birthday.
How to get the Bay View Rewards App
The Bay View Rewards App is free and simple to download on your mobile device or tablet. Just search for 'Bay View Rewards' on either the Apple App store or Google Play store, install the app, and your new loyalty card will be ready for immediate use.
Please note that the Bay View Rewards card is currently available only in a digital format through our app and does not come with a physical card.

What do I do if I don't have a smart phone to use the app?
Unfortunately, the scheme is app based and uses this technology to store points balance, send vouchers and rewards, and retain a history of transactions. It is not possible to run the scheme this way with a plastic card.
Will my points balance move across from the old rewards scheme to the new app?
The new app is on a different system to the old rewards scheme so this will not be possible. Our Old Rewards scheme will close on 31st December 2025, customers have until this date to redeem any points on their account.
