Shipping, Delivery and Returns


Courier Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders with 24 hours. Please note we do not dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays, any orders placed at these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping email will be sent containing the order tracking information.

Orders up to £50 - £3.95
Orders over £50 - Free


Bulky and Heavy Items

Delivery options for bulky and heavy items such as garden furniture and BBQs are:

UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands) - £50

For deliveries to UK addresses outside the UK Mainland please email hello@bayviewgardencentre.co.uk for a delivery quote.

Delivery will be made on pallets for heavy items and delivered to your kerbside only. We are unable to remove packaging and pallets for you. Please let us know if there are any difficulties in delivering to your address, such as narrow roads.


Returns

If you change your mind, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the goods from us and receive a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable; the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds.

For an item to be refunded it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in good, re-saleable condition.

Unless an item is damaged, faulty or, misdescribed, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@bayviewgardencentre.co.uk with your full name, order number and details of the item/s you are wishing to return.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item/s.

Once we have received your returned item/s your refund will be processed to your original payment method and a refund email confirmation sent.


Damaged Items

If an item is received faulty, damaged or misdescribed please email us at hello@bayviewgardencentre.co.uk with your order number and any pictures to show the fault or damage.

If the items are faulty, damaged or misdescribed we will cover the cost of return and, if required, replacement.
