The Poultry Roaster creates crispy skin and moist, tender meat. Simply place an open 330ml can of your favourite beer or fizzy drink in the centre ring and place the chicken over the can. Remember to pour out or drink about 1/3 of the liquid first to stop the can from overflowing.
