It is a closely guarded secret that Santa’s elves have a toy workshop right here at Bay View. Don’t tell anyone but Santa will be coming to check everything will be ready for Christmas!

Santa will be opening his toy workshop for small groups to meet him and one of his elves throughout this December. Santa will check the children off his good list and chat with them about their Christmas wishes. Before they leave Santa’s elf will help them select a toy. Photos with Santa are welcome and Santa’s elf will be happy to capture a picture of the whole group on a smartphone or camera.

We want to ensure there is comfortable space for everyone, so each group is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 individuals. Children will be asked to sit on beanbags in front of Santa and adults to stand behind them. Sessions in the workshop will last approximately 5 minutes and there must be at least one adult present in the workshop group with the children. Santa’s toy workshop is not a large area and please be aware that to make sure the elf’s magic does not escape the workshop door will be kept closed during the visit.

To book your individual group choose your preferred date and time. Booking is available online only and there is no facility to make a booking over the telephone or at the garden centre. We ask that you ensure you arrive in plenty of time to make your session to avoid any disappointment, we will do our best to slot in any latecomers but this will not always be possible.
