Bay View Garden Centre has been established for 30 years. It started life as a nursery and landscape business and has developed over the years into a thriving garden centre and cafe. 

Despite being situated just off the A6 and only minutes from the M6 it is still one of the best kept secrets in the area. 

Having opened a new shop and The Potting Shed cafe at the end of 2007 many customers were amazed at the transformation. 

David has spent over 30 years working in horticulture and has a BSc in Landscape Design and Plant Science from Sheffield University. Both David and Stephanie are passionate about plants and love choosing new varieties to grow as well as sourcing plants from other Lancashire nurseries. 

 

Since the development of the new shop, the home and gift range has been able to expand and whether you want something for Grandma, a gift for a child or simply to treat yourself you are sure to find it at Bay View.

As its name suggests Bay View Garden Centre boasts a stunning vista across Morecambe Bay. The Potting Shed Cafe has picture windows to capture this and offers an imaginative seasonal menu which is sure to delight the taste buds. 

 

All cakes and dishes are freshly prepared in The Potting Shed kitchen. Ingredients are sourced locally where possible and only free range eggs are used. Soup of the day is served with homemade flowerpot bread and delicious vegetarian and gluten free dishes are available.
